CWSEFSB - Jedi Council Conversion/Update

I've finally managed to crank out a converted and updated version of the Jedi Council subchapter. This release has been heavily reworked, taking into account the new timeline, two years' worth of new source material, and a conversion to the Saga Edition rules. I can't believe I left this out, but Anakin has a talent named Lure of the Dark Side that I made. It's Force talent in the Dark Side talent tree. For every Force Training feat you take, you gain one free Force power with the [dark side] descriptor of your choice, provided you meet the requirements of the power.

Minor stat block error. Agen Kolar should have "Occupation (law enforcement)" listed under his Special Qualities, not politics.
